Returns Policy for Brads Digital Tools

At Brads Digital Tools, we take great pride in the quality of our digital products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully for a smooth experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your digital product must meet the following criteria:

• The product has not been downloaded or accessed (for instant-access digital products).
• Custom or personalized digital products are non-returnable unless they are faulty, incomplete, or do not match the agreed specifications.
• Asset packs (3D models for games) are subject to separate licensing terms and are generally non-returnable once downloaded, except where faulty or not as described.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@bradsdigitaltools.co.uk with the following details:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return (optional but helpful)
• Evidence of any defects or issues (screenshots, description, or error messages if applicable)

Once we receive your return request, we will review your case and provide you with further instructions. For digital products, we may revoke access to the product(s) as part of the return process.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note:

• Digital products: Refunds will be issued if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it is generally non-refundable unless it is faulty or does not match the description.
• Asset packs (3D models): Due to the nature of these products and their licensing terms, refunds are only available if the asset pack is faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the description provided. Asset packs cannot be returned once downloaded unless they meet these criteria.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we approve the return request.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are not typically applicable for digital products. However, if you received an incorrect or faulty digital product, we will provide you with the correct version at no extra cost.

5. Faulty or Defective Digital Products

If your digital product is incomplete, corrupted, faulty, or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact us immediately, ideally within 7 days of receiving the item. We will:

• Provide a corrected or complete version of the product, or
• Issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

You may be asked to provide screenshots, error messages, file compatibility issues, or other evidence of the issue to help us resolve it as quickly as possible.

For asset packs specifically: If files are corrupted, missing textures/materials, incompatible with stated software versions, or significantly different from previews/descriptions, we will either provide corrected files or issue a refund.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed (unless faulty or not as described).
• Asset packs (3D models for games) that have been downloaded (unless faulty, corrupted, or not as described).
• Custom or personalized digital products (unless they are faulty or do not match agreed specifications).
• Products that have been used in commercial projects after download.
• Sale or clearance items.

7. Custom Digital Products

We are happy to create custom digital products tailored to your specific needs. Please note:

• Custom digital products are made to order and are non-returnable once delivered, except in cases where the product is faulty or does not meet the agreed specifications.
• Before we begin work on your custom order, we will provide you with a detailed brief and, where possible, previews or mockups to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
• If the delivered custom product does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days so we can rectify the issue.

8. Asset Packs & Licensing

Asset packs (3D models for games) are sold under a separate licensing agreement that governs their use. Please review the specific license terms provided with each asset pack purchase. Key points regarding returns:

• Asset packs are non-returnable once downloaded, except where they are faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the description.
• By downloading an asset pack, you agree to the associated license terms.
• Licensing restrictions apply regardless of refund status – if you have downloaded and accessed asset files, you may not retain or use them after a refund is issued.
